Transfer

On november 24th I put in an order for a "Paid Character Transfer" and today is december 11th and I was just wondering when an admin would be able to take care of my business. I did send an email to [email protected] containing the details needed and I did make sure my transaction went through so I know that I paid for it. If any additional information is needed to confirm this let me know.
