Profession Recipes

So am i missing something or are the profession vendors in Shattrath missing their recipes?

The professions in Isle of Quel'Danas have vendors with recipes for them however ive looked in both of the Shattrath Professions Malls and there is no recipe/schematic vendor for Tailoring, JC, Blacksmithing, and LW.

Am i missing something or is there just no vendor for those professions?
