Logging in to game server

Hi, when I try to login it just gets stuck at logging in to game server. I am on version 2.4.3. please help me.

Do you have the right realmlist configuration?

Is your realmlist file saved as a .wtf file? Is it placed in the right folder? I need more details.

Where should the folder be? Because now it is in the wow folder. How do I know if it's saved as .wtf file?

With 2.4.3 and below, the realmlist.wtf file should be in the root folder with WoW.exe, WoWLauncher.exe, Data, Interface, Cache, etc.
