Until I get around to it, most people fail to always provide the information I need to do it so that makes it take much longer.

You need to provide in your email, or ticket:

• Email address donated from
• What are you transferring, eg: donorship, tier 6, etc.
• From character name
• To character name

Then I'm able to do it when you're offline as well. Make sure you have these things in your email or ticket and when I get around to it, I'll be able to get it done without having to contact you again.

If you transfer donorship the character which is the donor will be deleted. Pay the extra two dollars and get another code. Unless your xfering items or badges.
