i have 9 characters in total and only 1 has been locked, i have no idea why this is..

Might have been locked for a reason. Check to see if you received an email regarding this matter. Though the email would have been sent some time ago as I haven't locked anyone's character's lately.

This character was locked due to a Paypal investigation that your donation to us was unauthorized in which the money was returned to you. You will have to directly send us $5 back to be able to play your character again.

Not sure why you didn't get an email about this... I usually email when this happens. I will dispatch an email out right now then.
