Help Please Restore Profession

Hello, I was trying to delete my blacksmithing, which I just trained to make like three items, then I was going to remove and get Engineering instead.

I accidently deleted my JC. I have lots of patterns for it, from all kinds of reps (no biggie, I can go back and get them, it'd take hours but I could) but I also have ones that are instance drops. My JC was like brilliant.

So can you please restore it? My character is Aluore and I haven't touched anything at all since I accidentally deleted it, and If that helps, mabye you guys can do some sort of "undo last change" or something.

I know, I should be more careful.
