Login issues

Hello.
I came to play the private server today. I made lots of accounts to try and play but all of them say incorrect information. A friend gave me his details to play and I logged in fine, so they made accounts for me and they didn't work.

Any help will be appreciated.

Double-check your realm list, make sure it lists
set realmlist connect.smolderforge.com

Secondly, double check your spelling on the account(s). Passwords are of course case sensitive.

Lastly, if both the realmlist was correct and you still can't log in, try making another account. Make sure the account says that it was created successfully at the bottom. Also, make sure you write down the exact spelling of your username and password so you know exactly what to type in at the login screen.

Followed your instructions still hasn't worked.
I know the realm list is fine since I logged in on a friends account.
I have made lots of accounts that all don't work.

has any one else had the same issue who has recently made a new account?

Are you sure you were making in-game accounts and not forum accounts?

Tested. Confirmed it's not working for new accounts. It goes through the action of creating the new account, but when you attempt to log in via the game it says the information is incorrect, like a spelling error. Tried it twice, both times had an issue. Perhaps it's just not getting the new account to the database or something, I don't know.

Thanks, this is now fixed. This is a result of me having to move to the TBC server last night because of problems, all the addresses throughout the site have to be changed to point to the new one and looks like I forgot about that one. Sorry about that.

The new accounts that were created, will they be working now? Or will they have to be re-created?
