Im sick of this

Hello everybody, Wafflesauce(old)/Exelike/Twinkv/Lolwtfzaplol here. Okay Henhouse, I REALLY hope you see this and respond to it. Okay well first off, I am sooooo sick of this. This is one of the worst months the server has EVER had. Right now we all really need to get our shit together. I have seen more faction hackers in the past 2 1/2 weeks than I have in the 11 months of being on this server before that. This pretty much started when Chomba got fired. Yes I know, Henhouse, I talked to you a bit about this already. But I really need to get this out. Konar (I wont release his regular characters name here, as Henhouse told me personally not to, and I need to respect the GMs here) is doing barely ANYTHING as a GM. From what I have noticed, ALL he is doing is farming HKs on his main character. He spends enough time on his main to get 1k-2k HKs a day, and thats on a bad day for him. After Konar became GM, there has been way too many hackers. Guess how many faction hackers I saw today? 13 of them. Guess who is not banning them because he is too busy caught in his fantasy world of having #1 position for PvP on the server to ban them? Yeah, you guessed it. (I know this isnt really allowed, but I was really pissed off) I whispered him once on his main, Telling him that there is faction hackers on right now and he should ban them. He told me he would ban them in a few minutes. 2 hours later, guess whos still faction hacking and not banned? The same people. So then I proceeded to whisper Konar again on his main, asking him if he would ban them now. He told me that he isnt a GM. I told him that I wasnt retarded, and he needed to ban them. he said "I TOLD YOU, IM NOT A GM! FUCK OFF!" and then proceeded to put me on ignore. I think those faction hackers STILL arent banned, and that was like 5 days ago. Also, the only GM I ever see online is Konar, that is, when he actually decides to go on his GM character. We need more GMs. GMs that are actually active lots and dont spend all day every day farming HKs (hint hint). We need GMs that actually are active on their GM toons and help the players. Im more active than Konar. If I was a GM, I would spend hours a day on my GM toon and only go on my main when I have extra time. Im not saying that you should make me a GM, Im just saying we need better GMs than Konar that are actually helping the server instead of graveyard camping the alliance in the BGs so he can stay at #1. We definitely need more GMs, or atleast get somebody that actually helps the server. Like Scruffee. Scruffee put his application in a month ago, I am pretty sure he still hasnt got a response. As you said Henhouse, You hired Konar because he had the most ingame playtime on the server. That playtime was all spent HK farming. And it is still all spent HK farming (and AFKing). Scruffee is a very responsible person, and is pretty active. If you hired a new GM in place of Konar like Scruffee that is responsible, and has enough free time to actually go on their GM toon, and willing to help the server and ban the hackers, and actually more than just 1 GM, Our server would be a LOT better and have a lot less people quitting.


I know its not my job to judge the staff, but this shit seriously needs to get sorted out. Henhouse, I understand you have very little time on your hands and you are always busy with work. Thats why you need more GMs and way more responsible GMs. Im sure TONS of people agree with me too. I have spent a LOT of time on this post, and I had to try and remember a lot of things. So I hope you actually respond to me with a reasonable response and not just "Thats not gonna happen, /closed." thanks for reading this everybody, and thanks for reading this too, Henhouse (If you did read it, I really hope you did). Edit: Im sorry if I insulted Konar in front of everybody with this post, But this seriously needs to get sorted out. We have only 1 GM that actually plays, he barely EVER plays, and he never bans anybody.

First of all you ask Henhouse to fire me as GM while I'm one of the guys that is doing alot of tickets on this server, so show some respect instead of complaining about things you shouldn't even know. Also if he fires me your problem still isn't solved, because your asking for more GM's and if he fires me then there are actually less GM's. I just can't do all of the tickets since I'm a new GM who doesn't have the rights to do EVERYTHING I can't do transfers, renames, fix bugs.

Second of all it is useless to ban factionhackers since they just reset router or make a new account and just continue factionhacking. I do ban them but I can't keep track of them all hence why I ask you all to report it on the forums with a screenshot. Also do you even read the forums since Henhouse already told a few times after switching core this factionhacking came back. And he lost the code to fix this. So he need to recode that again for it to work with our new core please be patient. I will ban all of the factionhackers if you just report them together with the proof or if I catch them doing it.

Third of all recruiting me as a GM doesn't means I can't play my normal character anymore. If my GM name was something else, there wasn't even a problem here and you would never know who my main character was.

Enjoy this server, instead of accusing people with wrong statements.

You need to get off Konar's back about this. Just because you seem to have some personal problems with him doesn't mean he can't do his job. He has been a great addition to our team and to think otherwise would be just plain stupid.

I really dislike posts where people sit there lecturing me as if I have no idea what I'm doing. Over 1/2 the things you said are invalid or not even true.

First off, I am not even done hiring GMs. Who said I was finished? It takes be roughly 2 hours to hire each GM via interview, and I don't have all the time in the world to sit down and hire GM after hire GM. So I try to spread them out -- I also haven't sent out the interviews for the new applications yet. So please show some patience.

In addition, hiring new staff and removing the old has nothing to do with an increase in faction hackers. This guy is mainly the same one from all the bans I've been doing on it. It took Chomba 5 days before he realized I removed him from the team. If you mean to tell me Chomba was removing more faction hackers by not logging in for almost a week, please do elaborate more. The logic behind hiring active players who are able to handle the job is that it makes good moderators. And yes, he is a moderator so he cannot handle all the tickets, and he's still learning about ones he might not know how to respond to.


Please allow me to manage the staff, I've done a pretty decent job of it in the past. I love how I get rid of Chomba and all you are sad. Getting rid of 1/2 the staff recently was actually a very good thing -- little did you know it was pretty bad. There was never anything getting done anymore, Chomba only logged in to ban those who made him mad, added items to his friends (yup), was a terrible representation of the GM staff, did things after I told him not to, etc.

Yet you still want to say that someone who's doing their job is worse off than that. Like I said, please let me handle the staff.
