Donation: Character transfer?

Hey, I was just wondering how you do this, because I would like to transfer a characters gear.

It is only available for the TBC realm but you pay the transfer fee: http://www.smolderforge.com/account/cha ... nsfer.html

And then open an in-game ticket with the Paypal email address and the character you're transferring from and to, their names and when I get around to it I will do the transfer.
