Im trying to download smolderforge TBC here, and i dwonloaded wow and TBC, then all the patches up to 2.4.3, and set realmlist to:
set realmlist smolderforge.dyndns.info
set patchlist smolderforge.dyndns.info

yet when i start the launcher it still autopatches :(.... any explanation?

I have no file named "wow.exe" though i have one only named Wow that skips the launcher, however, when i try to log in it says "Cannot validate game version. PLease log in on www.wow-europe.com/support for additional help."

Did you actually run the patches and update the game to 2.4.3 or did you just download them and put them in WoW folder?

Also, there's gotta be Wow.exe, turn on extension display and start the Wow with that file. You can also remove the "set patchlist" line, my realm list has only the first line.

Yes i installed all the patches manualy, my computor is in a different language so i dont know what extension display is, and no there is no wow.exe file, the only files that actually start the game are called "Launcher" and "Wow". I changed the realmlist to what you said too.
