Problem with paypal

Guys plz help i got anoying problem with making paypal acc. When i wona make it keep saying me •Home Telephone:The phone number is not properly formatted.
I put +381 - country 11 - city and then my home number. I tryed all combinations with '+' and 'o' but nothing is working.... Can some1 plz tell me how to formate it QQ

I have no idea how to help you with this, but do you have a Paypal account or are you donating with a credit card? Because you might want to login if you have an account and verify your phone number is correct.

Or you can call Paypal technical support and have them help you out. That's your best bet since I cannot handle HOW you donate through Paypal.

I dont got paypal account, i got problem with making 1. Can u plz tell me is there any other way i can donate without acc? Can u just like tell me r bank account if u got 1 and i can pay that way or just with credit card without paypal? Tnx for help man

Paypal is the only we offer, unfortunately. I've looked into SMS services but they are all complete crap. If you donated $5 I would get like $1. How does that help? They keep all the donation money, whereas Paypal removes only like 50 cents out of a $5 donation and like a $1 out of the $20 ones on Wrath.

But these other services are literally scamming people of their money. I don't see why anyone would use them...

Lol i maded paypal acc but when i wona donate it says this :
"The credit card number you have entered cannot be verified. Only credit cards from approved countries may be used on PayPal."

I think i cant donate bcs im frm Serbia QQ
