You're the one with the problem of getting stuck at retrieving character list right? If this is happening on both servers the only advise I can give is to try reinstalling the game or spend a day Googling it. If you were able to connect to one server it must not be a firewall issue.

yea i am the 1 with the problem on retrieving character list.i reinstaleed the game 20 times so the only thing left is like u said googleing a day,witch i am trying now.but seems not many other have that problem so cant realy find much.hope ill find a way soon :)
