Details: hi I donate 5 dollars, I get the code in mail,I go use code in Donation code redeemer and he port me to donor mall.. There I see only 1 npc, he can only transfer and change nick... I was go beck to mall and try use code again, (couldnt validate code please try again...) I dont know what I can do now.. I pay money and I dont have items :-/ . What can I do now for repair it?

now, i can't help the fact that you somehow got away from the donor mall, by teleporter or HS.
what you should have done was to re-log, because your cache can't remember any characters in that area. I'm not sure if you have to pay 5 more bucks or if you can conntact HEN.
you should try the [email protected] , or to HEN's own e-mail (Hen is the creator of this server, you should find his mail in the paybal buy info.)

Also this isn't our fault, you clearly were in a rush and did not read the instructions. Upon entered the code is CLEARLY states the code is to be used once, else other people could all use the same code.

It ALSO states that if it is your first time donating vendors will not load correctly and you must simply relog, allowing you to access them and set your hearth. Instead you chose to ignore those messages and return to the mall. So if you have to wait a while, I'm sorry but I want to make it clear it is not our responsibility for you inability to follow the directions -- so please do not blame us.
