This is a good idea but only transferable within the account aka account bind item

Isn't bound on account a wrath feature ?
I think it's a great idea to transfer weapon fragments to an alt, you don't have to play only one char/class till you got 150 fragments.

Bind to Account sadly started on WotLK, would be great if it existed here but it doesn't. It could be done manually by GMs I guess but question is how would this work? Would you have to pay for the transfer?

I imagine this feature as a free transfer but with a x% loss of the amount you want to transfer. If x was around 10, it would be great in my opinion.

Perhaps it is possible to make account only transfers of certain goods by using the GUID numbers of all characters from a certain account? Would love to see such an NPC.

It'd give me more reason to login my alts. 40 tokens a day >> xfer to one toon in about a week. sounds better than months for non-arena players, rather than the arena folk who get it in about two days.

I agree, this would be pretty good for non-arena players since it takes way too long for Battleground farmers to get their legendary weapon(s). Though would this make it too easy? Like they should be very hard to get, because they are indeed legendary.
