Code Dual Spec (WOTLK) Into the TBC Server

Would it be possible to get dual specialization into the game. I'm aware its not in this expansion but I was wondering if it could be done. I'm sure a lot of people love playing multiple specs.

Acutally we were working on this feature and it was almost fully completed:

However, Itslovelol apparently accidentally deleted all the code and hasn't found interest in reprogramming it again.
