Changes that NEEDS to be made to Solo queue for next season

I'm not going to use the bug template this time since this is a bit different
After having played a bunch of solo queue, I've noticed people wintrading a lot, people doing all sorts of shady things, and this is how to prevent it...
Solo queue in its current state is very easy to game, here's how it works:
Dps 1 & 2 in the queue will always be on the same team (except if they are the same class)
Dps 3 & 4 will always be on the same team (except if they are the same class)
Healer 1 will be on the same team as dps 1 & 2
Healer 2 will be on the same team as dps 3 & 4
and with the npc telling you exactly how many people are in queue, as well as telling you what spot you are in the queue when you sign up, it is very very simple to game the system.(Was easier before without the class stack fix since that causes some "issues")
A quick fix to this is to remove the information that the NPC is giving you when you enter the queue, but that will not solve it completely since the people who queue up at the same time has a high chance of being on the same team.
What really needs to be done is when a game is ready to start(2 healers & 4 dps in the queue), you just need to throw in a little team randomizer there before the servers sends out the queue pop.
Another issue is that if you get the queue pop, and do not join the arena.. You won't lose any rating, this NEEDS to be counted as a loss for the person who is not joining since it can otherwise be used to game the system by having another friend queue up at the same time & enter the arena, he will look at the number of players in his team and the enemies team, if the enemy team reaches 3 players then he can just tell his friend to join since then they are sure that they will be on the same team... But if his own team becomes full and the enemy team is at 2 players, he will just tell his friend to not join, and the game ends in a draw = no one losing points...
But.. Even if you make it so the person who did not join gets a loss, it can still be abused since the other friend didn't lose any points and never will if they keep doing the same thing, the ultimate solution for it would be not let anyone into the arena until 6 people have actually pressed "enter battle" on the queue pop.
That's all, hopefully at least something will have been done for when the next season starts.
