Any chances to introduce new bg's and is it possible to implement WotLK bg's into TBC?

No, not at all. Not unless we had every single user install a patch into their game that somehow patched in that content they were missing. So that's highly unlikely.

Sometimes I wish we had wrath talents but TBC content, like that 2 weeks before WotLK officially launched. Although, Ret paladins absolutely wrecked shop. Hammer of justice, Divine Storm, Crusader Strike, Judgement (Not in this particular order) and you had a fresh corpse at your feet.

Probably not even a consideration, but what the hell, I'll suggest it anyway.

Much like that already with the zergfests we observe these days in the 5+ v 1. But you're right, that wouldn't improve the situation any. I was just spitballing a random thought I had.
