First of all this is a bug, it's not an intended mechanic, then it feels so much more smoother without it, the delay feels less bursty, now it's instant dmg, you don't wait for a .5 second to have your other dmg part, it allows some class to save their life sometimes cause of this delay(priest bubble NS on low health,etc.), seal twist isn't somethings you do often in a pvp situation i'd say, it's more for PvE.
Anyway that's my two cents about this and I'm glad that the script is gone for the moment.

Yes remove seal twist, retri is already top class and no one other doesnt have atleast a chance in a fight vs retri because retri has " buble " and twist , there are alot of paladins who doesnt know about it or they are simply humans/dwarfs/draeneis so there is no point in twist.
Your topic is too good , just like retribution spec in TBC.
