Shattrath' profession area & talent resets

Hello
Here's two things I've ran into, and fixing these would make the Smolderforge experience much more pleasant.
First of all:
I recently got my Scryers reputation to exalted, and took blacksmithing as my second profession, only to discover that the blacksmithing trainer does not have an anvil next to him?
It's not that big of a deal since you can just teleport to Quel'Danas which has an anvil but still, it's rather silly in my honest opinion that you have to jump around Scryers tier and Quel'danas to create something.
I doubt adding an anvil there is quite hard, so why not?
Secondly:
Everytime I reset my talents, I lose all my buffs, which is a pain in the ass since I do both PvP and PvE.
Of course I can always make new flasks and buff foods but that too is quite time consuming, and farming for scrolls (repair bots) isn't that fun. Considering I might switch between PvP and PvE multiple times a day, me and I'm sure other people aswell would welcome this "fix" warmly.
My two cents.
