Hello Henhouse,i was thinking of why not doing a pvp arena so all who want can logg in and play 1v1 or split to teams with parties etc and play 10 vs 10 don't tell me we have world pvp area cause you know it's different.it's 2 big for pvp there,.smaller places better fights.Dire maul arena is the perfect place for doing that,has space you can add and some pillars (boxes or columns something that won't take much space) and would be super for pvp...what i suggest:!.put in teleporter dire maul arena so it spawns you inside the arena.2.make the ressurection with timers for example 15 sec respawn time after you die and spawn at same place you died.So we don't have to run to spirit healers etc.3)Put some guards in entrance so everyone can run and eat there after he dies.4) award something for every kill,for example boj or whatever.New badges for new gear....or transmogs.Dunno...you choose.That's my suggestion.I think many ppl willl like the idea...instead of only playing duels and bgs/arena doing and this.We could see that way the top 1v1 players in SM. :P ofc will be a lock but anyway....pls SF team think about it and make it happen...cheers.

It was already stated multiple times that Gurubashi/Dire Maul arenas would end in massive honor kills farming just because of our SF mentality. We all know that our lovely players will group up with others and farm everyone who gets there solo.

Well in another server i was playing it worked pretty well...ofc we had and the idiots that grouped up to kill one person but then we made a group to farm them...putted names on forums and killed them each time they logged in. So it's about the Sf players how will end up.Maybe will work pretty well.And btw i said to put guards cause o f that if one is getting farmed he could run to guards.

As I said, groups of players (probably donors from the Horde/Alliance premading guilds) will farm other players who are not supported by anyone, playing alone. Why? Honor kills have huge importance in our community and it would be hard to change that. i allready answered you that the 1 player that will be abused will run to guards to protect him.That's why i told to put guards in entrance.

It depends if it would be effective. For example, guards in Hyjal weren't effective at all. Personally I love the idea, but I know some players who will ruin it. I remember that some people actually suggested spreading certain amount of quests over a zone like Eastern Plaguelands. That could work fine, but again, we would need both factions to have players able to counter HK farmers in that particular zone.

well reporting them to gms is an option,screenshot etc.and btw i think the guards will do a good job cause i ve seen it in another server they had 4 guards in entrance...none could pass.If you remember dire mauil entrance in arena.After the small labyrinth...you can put guards too there.

Spawning guards in that labirynth could work. The problem of Azshara Crater/Hyjal guards was caused by players who knew which places could be abused to attack players at graveyard without aggroing guards. How do you imagine that? GMs monitoring that zone and warning undead rogues for attacking allies? Forum/mail would be full of screenshots of all those S2 players getting ganked by premades. The idea is good, but I can't think of a solution how to solve the problem of group ganking.

maybe not being able to group up would be an idea...or something like that.but then it would lose all the fun of 6vs6 10 vs 10 etc.Dunno i m sure gm's could come up with something.
