Crusader Enchant

Why dont we have crusader ench in enchant vendor?
Same problem as here: http://www.smolderforge.com/forums/view ... 3979#p3979
There's no "item" to allow players to put it on, you would have to level enchanting.
Now, I know if you look on WoWHead there is one, but if you look it'll say "Added in Wrath of the Lich King"
