[DNT] Test Mount

Just a suggestion but for donors, could the [DNT] Test Mount be upgraded to a 100% speed rather than 60%? Its a great looking mount and looks cool but is impractical for use. Maybe we could change this? Thoughts?

You want all donors (and please do stop a second at that, all donors) to ride around on giant (can't stress that one enough) ostriches in bg's and arenas?
