Some suggestions

Dear henhouse,
honestly I´m thinking you and your whole team are doing a really good job. It takes a
fucking amount of time to keep a well cared and enjoyable server alive.
I´ve played several classes on your server and several BGs and arena quits after on each side, I think I´m able to measure several things.
1. If someone is playing a warrior, he can quit instantly if he doesn´t have a restoshaman and a holypaladin in his ass and spamming free action potion 24/7.
He get no rage at all. If I wants to do dmg I have to get atleast 2k Armorpenetration to be viable to other classes in the dmg, cause he get no rage with his offensive abilities. The 41-points armstalent isn´t even worth skilling it.
More than that, he can´t do any defense action too. I had multiple fights vs. casters. of any kind. You can spellreflect yeah, of course. But after that you have no rage for any harmstring or a dmg ability. Compared to other TBC servers and some retail experience playing a warrior at 2k rating
(only 2on2 yea, i´m the noob please flame!) the rage regen offensivly and defensivly is a way too low.
Push it atleast by 20% minimum.
2. You wanted to be a funserver and not a blizzlike server. I have a lots of fun on your server, dont missunderstand me, but the balancing and experience on your server overall should be more oriented to the blizzard system.
Put some goals in anyone want to achieve. You can easily implemented them in your actual system.
Look at guys like Firstaidkit or Ezatt. They are spending tonnes of hours on your server (or spended "Firstaidkit, we miss you on the horde side!", be my hero!) for getting honorbale kills. For real... what a fuckin goal. The player give you so much suggestions for something they want to achieve. Listen to them sometimes.

The second issue I want to point out if the uniqueness of items / Transmogs / Titles on your server.
I dont know how much time you are still able to spend for this and how much money you want to do with this server.
Boosting donations like you do is very good for a short amount of time.

I would be so happy if this server will sustain another 5 years.
There are so many minor bugs on each class and each race and each instance. Run the core and dont spend so much time with doing anything perfect.
The people on Smolderforge will be more thankful if you make this sometimes more enjoyable than donatable.
In the end it´s only my point of view.
