Have you ever thought of creating a pve realm? I mean the leveling can be whatever, but the progression could be more blizzlike: starting dungeons, T4 kara slowly moving towards T5 and eventually, who knows, BT and all that stuff. If it would be maintained as this one, surely you could gather decent population, especially those who miss the BC raids and overall feeling.
Just a suggestion, open for discussion. (searched the topic but couldn't find anything)

We have, but the likelihood of a leveling TBC server succeeding in this day in age is very unlikely. Additionally, the amount of stuff that would have to be fixed PvE wise would be quite voluminous.
