can we get that enabled at the new dueling zone kinda of annoying to have to wait 20 seconds and have to take a portal to log

and can we get the npcs - Battlemaster - and Arena guys and Liron

can we get them npcs moved to the bottom of the bridge and ud still see all of them and u wouldnt have to take the stupid hike up the bridge

Done intentionally so you would run up and see the BG and arena queuing masters.

Although I'd like to see a special NPC which only resets the cooldowns.

I think it would be more productive to just have cooldowns reset at the start of a duel in Quel'Thalas than adding a new NPC.

no cause than ppl blow cds than start the duel that way they have like 3 sprints 3 evasions and shit it has to be monitored if u do that

You can also try to not duel faggots. Removing cd's at the start of duels is a good idea.
