Can you place Liron for example here? (screenshot).
So ppl dont need to run about 50-100m to Liron and back to start new duel...

You can't duel Liron anyway, but yeah seriously... what's next, having him in your bags? CDs are there for a reason, if you can't take that walk you probably should cut some burgers.
And to add something valuable here, nice bindings, just because you've removed them, that's a dead giveaway, I'm Batman.

IMO cds should be removed in the first place, clicking on Liron is just too tiresome.

CDs will only be removed from Liron and no one else. Imagine everyone removing their CDs when they challenge someone to a duel,no matter where they are. That would be pathetic and it would ruin the whole reason of Azshara (for example). Because you'll just have people constantly ''dueling'' to remove their CDs.

No, no cd reset while starting duel. It will exploit and destroy pvp and so on.

I agree 100%. Liron in Durotar and Elwynn should be placed outside. I know that Liron used to be placed in Durotar outside Orgrimmar, but they placed him back inside Orgrimmar for some reason. Why?
Your CDs used to reset as soon as you duelled someone but people kept exploiting it in PvP so it had to be removed, and rightly so.
Anyway, I hope you'll move him back outside, everyone on the server wants it moved, it will save hours of time running back and forth. So long as people can't reset their CD's in duels it's fine.

The reason he is placed there is because that is where players zone in. If he was placed outside there may be too many people there dueling for a newer player to notice where Liron is, instead of being right next to them.

A old GM did that and it was removed. If you would actually recall all the details correctly there was still the normal Liron inside, but a 2nd outside.
If you cannot walk 5 seconds inside Stormwind/Orgrimmar, then maybe you should take a look at your life and change something, because dear god help you.
