I was wondering if you would consider adding vendors that had the profession recipes available for Shattrath. Currently you can only get recipes for getting exalted with Shattered Sun which gives you access to Alchemy/Engineering, but I feel that those of us who farmed or donated Aldor/Scryers reputation should be given access to the recipes as well so that they are more useful.

Like what? There is hardly any useful crafting stuff from other professions, unless you want vendors selling recipes for Sunfire robe and shit like that.
