Cloak of Swift Reprieve

This healing cloak that also gives haste rating is not currently available in the mall to the best of my knowledge. I had to buy it from Shattrath (though this was about a year ago so it might be different now). Can you please add it to the main mall? I'd also like it if you could add the PvP back/accessories vendor to the Donor Mall. Thanks!
