Imputing a Dual Spec option

I feel like adding Dual Spec would make switching specs easier then haveing to respec every time you want to switch specs, i know it was never in TBC and was in later expansions but i still think it would be a cool idea to add

I don't think there is code for dual-spec which is compatible with the 2.4.3 core, so that'd require the dev(s) on here to write a completely new code from scratch, although my advice would be to download a verions of Talented which is compatible with this wow version, it's almost the same as dual-spec but you still have to visit a trainer and respec.
