Why rating for s4 items is so high? It just makes less arena teams = lower PvP...
When You will change it, it will be more teams and s4 won't be only for donors.

My proposition is:

What do you think about this?
I can guess that most of donors will criticize it because they already have s4 and they don't want normal* players to get it, but Henhouse, think about it. After that change PvP here won't be so much low as now. It's PvP server and PvPing shouldn't finish at full s3 and a bit of HK.

More donors means more money for the server. Guess why our server is lagless?
Anyway, i know players that can play without donor and they are really good without s4 items.
I did play as non donor for long time, getting the code made it just a bit easier.

Why s4 has to be only for donors? With low 2s we have got low PvP. Low PvP=Low players, and low players =no donors. I just wanted to make possible s4 without donor. I know only 1 person who has got s4 without donor: Omgipwndu. Its too high for us.

Changing s4 rating requirement wont change player's skills.

This doesn't revive anything at all, it just buries something else even deeper.
