a lot of people on the 2.4.3 server have been saying Hyjal just doesn't fit in as a " PvP Arena " and i have to agree, so lately i have had an idea that i hope the GMs can check out like how about a PvP Arena at Gurubashi? anybody else agree?

I don't really see a problem with an optional ffa pvp arena on the tbc server. Just remove HKs and honour from the system/area and it would work fine imo.

Nearly impossible.
And there already was a Gurubashi arena before, if I remember correctly. Not sure what happened too it, but it's gone as you can see from the Teleport list.

There's about 30 threads about this in the past and I have left my response and responding why on all of them.
We implemented it on the Wrath server because it's new and needs that initial boost up. Guess how it's going? Not well. We put the graveyards out of reach, but people still LoS abuse, charge up there, etc. The only way to make Gurubashi work well is to disable PvP outside of the ring, not allow grouping and award no honor. All of which, make it pointless.
I could see us using a real world location like Nagrand or Blade's Edge. I can close the doors and you spawn inside the doors and teleport outside. Still, the PvP in the area would cause problems and illegal farming, etc.

disabling grouping would go a long way in making guru more enjoyable
