Well, i was going to write this before but i had no time.
Like always happens, when the people wants to organizate a raid (for example), they just ask to their guild mates at g-chat and it takes a while because some guy get dc,another guy joined bg,etc... but If these guilds have a private section here in forums, they can organizate it all without any problem and that will always help forums with more activity.
Thinking about, to can do it you should put some rules like:
-Min. 5 members active on forums.
-They must be active.
-more than 50 posts (Example).
etc...

Guess u want this more of the wotlk realm since curently on the bc realm there's no reson to have a guild other then the sake of a tag under ur name and a place to chat.
Can be a nice ideea though,gl with it.

I guess it would help with Pve organizations
