non donor S4 problem

Since majority of player base are non donors and most of them will never donate for various reasons, it feels absurd that there is no realistically achievable way of obtaing S4. Yes, you can get it through arena, but the rating requirement is so high noone really attemps to even try playing serious and reach 1850 rating (for first possible item) and 2000 for last one, since almost noone plays it, noone even tries and circle ends.
And yes, I tried to get that rating, you might get lucky and farm some noobs to ~1650 but then you might get unlucky and get farmed down by pros in S4 (that play mostly for glad tittle?) back to 1500 or below, and thats the problem, average players in s3 dont play it, because they know they wont reach 1850.
I think that for non-donors it gets really frustrating after awhile and they quit server because they are stuck with S3.
I personally dont think getting S4 should be too easy, but should be achievable for medium skilled players while taking alot of time, like 3-6 weeks or something (unlike s3 that took me like 2-3 days to get). This will still give players a reason to donate if they dont want to grind so long.
This rating requirement is too high because of how the blizzlike system rating works (and I assume it's working like blizzlike 2.4.3 used to unless I dont know something) , it implies that the less players play arena the harder it is to get the same rating. This also means that there is no good universal rating requirement in this system, it should be adjusted when more or less players play arena from time to time.
If we want to make players get S4 through arena.
1. We must first make players want to play arena so there should be some low rating requirement items, for example guardian ring at 1550 rating. Aswell as make AP points come daily.
2. Since we dont want everyone suddenly walk in S4 increase the AP cost of items and/or reduce the amount of AP we get daily.
3. Considering the amount of people that currently play arena I suggest to make the last items require not more than 1800 rating.
Now if you would even consider doing something with it, I could make a brainstorming and think of a rating and arena point system that would be unafected by how many players play arena.
I play this server mostly to play bgs like most people(no shit? right :P), because of that I suggest adding a way of getting S4 through BG aswell for example:
1. Each S4/guardian part would cost very high amounts of marks,honor,badges or whatever and maybe even a prevoius s3 part aswell. Probably the easiest to implement.
2. For reaching High Warlord/Grand Marshal Title. Probably not the best idea since you fight with HK farming.
3. Make some weird quest for example: win 5 WSG in a row with 3-0 score, win AV with more than 600 supplies left, win AV without loosing any tower or graveyard?, win AB 2000-0. I could go on and on with this kinds of quests, its cool aswell because they promote playing to win rather than hk farming. However I know they might be hard to code.
Short version: Add a very time consuming way of obtaining S4 through bg and/or reduce the rating requirement and increase the arena point cost drasticly. I strongly believe it would increase player base in the long run!
