to buy materials for certain professions have to be exalted with The Scryers right? You could put items such as: http://www.wowhead.com/item=30810 and / or http://www.wowhead.com/item=29739 porfavor to drop faster because I was over 30 minutes killing some mobs and only 13 fell and 1 Sunfury arcane tome.
some quests do not work to increase reputation with the faction then determined if the items come easier to get reputation would be more viable. This is only a suggestion.

u just need to farm at the right area. it really isnt that hard.

The most efficient way I found was to do the Shattered Sun Offensive daily quests on two (or more if you can be arsed) characters and pick the Scryer package whenever I advanced to a new tier. Then I farmed the signets and tomes at Black Temples southern plateau. Got exalted fairly quick.

I am over 40 minutes killing here in shadowmoon and dropped just one arcane tome... this is not normal

As long as Henhouse hasn't changed anything in the last couple of months the drops are fine. You have to remember that loot drops are rng based. Sometimes you're lucky, sometimes you're not.

Only problem now i cant turn them in for some reason.. xD

You need to chose faction first I believe.

that quest is nowhere to be found and if you need to do that in any other way i'd like to hear it

If nothing has changed since I sorted my rep it should somehow work. As for how this somehow is supposed to be working, if I'm to be honest I don't remember.

I collected the lower signets than sunfire (cant remember the name) till I got honored and could turn the stuff from isle in.

Google and wow head are your friends.
