SW patterns and sunmotes for badges

I think that sunwell patterns and sunmotes should be buyable with badges of justice. The drop rate for patterns in sunwell is very low and you will have to compete with others in the raid for them which means getting the bop sunwell pattern gear is unlikely for the majority of players. When it comes to the boe sunwell pattern gear, the few people that have the patterns usually wont make the loot for free and will want sun motes in exchange for their service. Many sunwell patterns also require motes as part of the materials which also limits the amount of gear that can be made.
