BT/SWP changes

In last weeks together with Muscle and Omgdie I've organising BT/SWP raids, more or less successfull, we managed to kill Najentus with pug which was quite challenging and I would like to share my ideas to improve those places.

My idea is to redesign those raids to 10 man.

What are the reasons for it:

- In optimal time there are ~350 people online on the server, after some of raids I believe it isn't possible to get 25 people who will stay for wipes, listen to strategies and generally know how to play.

- Creating a guild which will have 25 members online at raid times isn't possible too. Reason is simple: people don't have to pay money for playing here so they rarelly care about it, also finding enough people who will care and spend their time is hardly possible.

What do I expect after redesinging:

- I hope this will start real PVE progress on this server, not changing the difficulty of raids but just making it require less people.

I understand that redesigning those instances will take your time Henhouse and generally will not be easy to balance so bosses won't be free loot, but if you will need any help with what to nerf and by how much I offer you my help, I've been playing on retail for 5 years in some world top guilds and I guess I can help you to do that.

making it a 10 man would make it more diffcult w/o lowering stats on mobs and bosses seeing how long it takes to down the bosses with most ppl in swp gear doing it with 10 ppl will just reduce the amount of dps that is actually required and will take even longer if the raid diffcultly remains the same.

By redesigning those places I mean also reducing bosses HP by about 70% and their damage as well, it depends on boss really, balancing some bosses is harder than others. On example, redoing Najentus to 10man wouldn't be hard, I guess just HP reducing and maybe abit nerfing damage of Tidal Shield, but redesigning Illidan would be much more challenging due to many boss mechanics.

I doubt that this would change anything, but please a handful of people (and piss even more off).
This wouldn't justify all the work you have to put into.

People mostly just avoid PvE because they can get gear easier by other means (that's as diplomatic as it can get, in reality they mostly just suck and are douches who don't want to wipe).
Sooner or later, when the server population cap gets raised, and the instances get bugfixed, it will attract more people who want to overcome a PvE challenge, this just needs some time and advertising.
At the moment you guys are a minority overshadowed by non english speaking people and PvP junkies.
