Hand of the Deceiver

My sugestion is to re-add this item (Hand of the Deceiver) to drop table and donor's mall. This item used to be old SC drop, but it was removed some time ago. It is the best dps weapon for rogues, enhancement shamans and fury warriors because of that i think everyone would like to possibly get this item. I have read something about why this item was removed, it was said that this item is op.
First of all, it is Kil'jaden drop and it is supposed to have higher ilvl and dmg than other swp drops, but calling this item op means all other KJ drops are op, like Golden Staff of Sindorei, Thori'dal, the Stars' Fury, Hammer of Sancification etc. But they aren't and to prove my words that Hand of the Deceiver isn't that good, some rawr calculations on that item, made in rogue model assuming sunwell gear & possible to get raid buffs/consumables, the results are almost the same to any other melee's. Dps by weapons, breakdown:
Hand of the Deceiver: 892,28
Warglaive of Azzinoth: 885,30
Muramasa: 875,92
Brutal Gladiator's Slicer: 871,52
As you can see, all these weapons are very close to themselves in dps, however rawr doesn't calculate 2/2 warglaives set bonus which adds about 200 dps and i agree that warglaives are too good to be added, however Hand of the Deceiver isn't, since all other KJ drops are possible to get.
Some math for 1 hand healing items (to avoid more calculations with off hand) calculated in priest's model, with swp gear, it shows effective healing:
Hammmer of Sanctification 587,21
Archon's Gavel 526,60
Brutal Gladiator's Salvation 502,60
Crystal Spire of Karabor 493,60
As you can see, the difference between healer's items from KJ and other swp drops is much more bigger than in dpser's case. In my opinion there is no reason to don't add Hand of the Deceiver to game again.
Thank you.
