Premade Queus

I'm doing alot of premades with my guildies but everytime I queu bg and someone joins after I can't queu them I need to ask all the ppl in the party to leave the queu and its taking ages (I know its only 2secs to leave) but ppl are too retarded or afk to leave it and its driving me nuts :S

Can't you just make it like in arena? If groupleader leaves queu every1 in the group leaves queu?

And they don't occasionally go afk, they ofc say it first before they go afk but IF they are already afk I can't tell them too leave! Can I? If they are afk...
