Absolutely not. I can't tell you how many forums I've gone to where people have wallpaper-sized signatures and so everyone starts going it because it's the new cool thing.
Sorry, I'm not wasting any more of my time cleaning up that crap. These forums were a similar replica of the original real ones, which didn't have smiley icons or images in signatures.

+ the scrolling is annoying, no more scrolls plis.
