look, if u're about to hire some gms. you can make a vote topic. and add every 1 who posted theyre applications on the forum). then ppls will select 1 of them.. who they want to see as gm). cauze gm needs to know how to go on with players :) . and the 1 chosen by them .. i think will be best ...
