Smolderforge Support Community

I was thinking we need a Smolderforge Launcher. It would be like the Retail Launcher, but with a small detail. The possibility to see how many players are online (On the TBC realm and the Pre-BC, upon the release), and the current uptime of the realm.

We could get this by doing a small contest, without any special prize. I'm pretty sure will complaint, and beg for some badges. But this is an idea for the community! Not a way to get some free badges.

Anyway, this is my idea :D And I must say, it's quite usefull, imo.


EDIT: When I mention the online players. I'm talking about something like:

Online: 157 Alliance 67 Horde (just an example)

This would either require someone to have to completely code a new launcher or edit the Blizzard one which can only be done by modifying your computers HOSTS file to point to another server that status.worldofwarcraft.com which is very hard to explain to people who have limited computer knowledge all so people could save a few finger clicks to few the website...

To be honest, I had no idea of what you need to make a launcher. I saw it in a couple of other servers and decided to suggest it here :P
