areana quests?

basically every time you win an areana this hopefully would promote 3v3 skrimish....
2v2, you get 1 fragment of justice
3v3, you get 2
5v5 you get 3

this would help players that play in the dead time (where no on is on to do BGS) to be able to obtain badges beyond doing hyjal quests and isle of quel dan'as quests

Not possible without much core programming and would promote exploitative activities such as win-trading.
