Motivation to 3v3

Can we have some sort of incentive to want to 3v3
like possibly a quest line that says to achieve 2k+ rating in 3v3 that would give a substantial reward like possibly the regular gladiator title? or a piece of loot not available to players through vendors or donating.
maybe have a limited time on this to like a 2 week event to try and acquire what ever reward is given.
and i understand win trading may become an issue which would probably be the reason given not to endorse this idea.

Doesn't work as well as it used to. Very gimped compared to how easy it was before.
