There could be an in-game BG guide, like a NPC @ battlemaster's, showing BG objetive and way to win by strategy.
would be nice for the new people and for those who ignores the purpose of team gameplay.
What do you think ?

We're quite limited with what we can make in the game since it's restricted by what you can do within the Blizzard client. Something like this sounds better in a forum post or YouTube video these days. The best we could do is write a quest trying to explain in text what to do, which I believe many would never bother to read.
2 summers ago we revamped the AFK system to involve kicking the player from the BG once their 1-minute inactivity debuff expired into the "Idle" one. However, people somehow managed to still abuse this and get players forcefully removed from the game without them actually being AFK. I removed it hoping to revisit it one day, but didn't find a method I felt worked well or would be abuse-proof.

A'ight i understand that many people wouldn't bother to read, but probably if there could be an visually atractive NPC for the quest taking or something else, and also a lil reward like (example:10 boj/10 fragments for 10 AB bases cap).
It's just an idea i found while playing.

I see, and how many reports needs an AFK player to get debuff till gets kicked?
i've been seen people trying to report someone but wasn't working,i hope there's another useful method to fix that!
Thanks for your time Hen ! Greetings
EDIT: quote fixed because i forgot how to use forums stuff lol.
