Actually with Seal Fate it's one of the better trinkets around, which in a way is a "yes" to your question. But when the context of it involves Seal Fate it's a pretty decent trinket. And you're never online which makes you a baddie.

I agree that all the ashtongue trinkets should be added to the vendor. It's ridiculous to expect people to basically pug their way to exalted. Some of these trinkets are very good. Pugs on this server are very inconsistent and at best you may get 3000 rep per pug if they manage to kill bosses. I think the strongest argument in in favor of adding these to the vendor is the fact that the hyjal exalted ring is on the vendor. I was lucky enough to get exalted from guild runs before the guild I was in (which was the only regularly raiding guild on the server) fell apart.
