Pls remove Free Action Potion

I will go ahead and close this thread now. I understand many of you think we're ignoring this issue -- we're not.

Consumables have altered gameplay on a monumental scale, and we've known the problem was always larger than just FAP, or Greater Shield of Warding, etc. We're redesigning the entire server's consumable system that we will be beginning implementation for soon in the future. This will begin limiting consumable usage, and rarity across the entire server.
