Zap is so right when it comes to swp gear. Lately it feels like the horde side is "dying", and by that I mean there are no populated / organized horde guilds anymore. Every god damn time I queue a bg, I get farmed by either one spot, passion or both, full of swp geared idiots (not only druids, but hunters are a pretty standard sight these days) and I mean EVERY TIME. I usually end up leaving the BG, but since I'm such a nerd I still stay around on this server. I doubt new players do the same.
As Zap wrote, please try and play solo horde for a few days, and you will know if it's really a good idea to keep swp the way it is now.

You don't consider youMonster & andtheimaginary legion good guilds? This sounds like a player-base issues not a gear issue. Taking away SWP items is'nt suddenly going to make a faction balanced.

You cant even play melee any more because you die to fast especially a warrior, jump in get Ms up and oh what's that a juicy 5k starfire and 7k pyro on a 450 resil target? Champion. Its always been bad but never this bad its not even playable any more unless you have a team of healers and loads of ranged to scare people away, pre popping skull of guldan because its to complicated to press it before I smash the back doors off my wrath button. Even when guilds used to premade it was all the same shit pve vs pve and there's no skill involved in a one button player with unhealable damage, guess this is why the servers polulations so bad "oh but haloween and christmas brings people back" they wont be staying for very long when they see SF in its current state.

Even if you have played the game for X amount of years and have X amount of retail achievements and have masterd your class it doesn't stop you from dieing to some one spamming one button. kinda renders all those times you learned your class useless when you could have just rolled a boomkin, joined sk gaming, spammed wrath a few times and easy collected your glad title on retail, oh wait nevermind not every player was able to sniff his own fart and collect swp gear like here, then you have people who vouch for change and then when they see it will effect them they withdraw their "vouch" because they cant be as OP any more? Servers going tits up especially when you have disillusioned self centered bigots like this openly displaying just how faceroll it is to play on this server.
