And do you really think a reputable provider such as Paysafe, which processes giants such as League of Legends is going to accept a small, WoW private server? I doubt it. You usually have to be a considerably large entity for them to even consider letting you join. This is not a make-an-account-and-start-processing-payments type of service like Paypal. This is fill-out-a-form about your business, including addresses, names, etc. and waiting for them to review your application.

There are many servers with this option available, just to name a few: eternal wow, heroes wow, wow temple, so I guess it can be done. :)

That's the issue of paysafecard system and just why I think it can't be the main way to donate.

I have submitted an application to paysafe to see whether or not they will accept us. After I submitted it, it said they may write back asking for proof of company, proof of company ownership, etc.

Smolderforge is not a company, we're just a name, so that may prove to be problematic. Especially since Molten-WoW, for example, established a registered company that "operates" them.

They take a 14% cut of all donations so, that is quite a large number. However, I think it's okay because the amount of people donating more will probably go up since we'll be opening payment possibilities for a lot of players who are unable to donate.

That's great news since a lot of people don't have a credit card thus can't make use of Google Wallet unless they are in the USA (which let you link Google Wallet with your bank account, but I doubt a lot of players are from the USA since this is EU server).

I'm hoping to see PaySafecard implemented soon :), only sucks that they take 14% :\ that's a lot...
