What about flasks of petrification? Warglaives? All a part of the game. Leveling and gold as currency are a part of the game too - but lets ignore that for now.

If flask of petrification can be deemed OP enough to disable it, why is FAP still in the game? Yes, flask of petrification lasts a minute - but it's a minute where you're immortal, but unavailable to do anything (it gives you a debuff so you can't even cancel it).

You can keep saying "JUST CC THE GUY WHO POPS FAP!!!!" but you're forgetting the thing lasts 30 seconds. 30 seconds. Do you get how long of a time that is in a PvP situation? I don't know what game you're playing, but you're not going to CC someone for 30 seconds. Nope.

I certainly see your point, but I'm worried that if they remove FAP then they're going to start removing all kinds of other things too just because people complain about it. Look what happened to the donor food for example. The fact that FAP used to be even more readily available than it is today makes me think that it should just stay the way it is right now. There have already been so many changes to this server that have balanced things out a bit. Making SWP gear cost honor and badges, making donor food unavailable, making professions harder to farm, removing soulstones and healthstones. etc. I feel like all of the fun of playing here is being taken away by a small number of people who can't be bothered farming professions themselves. I feel like I need to take a stand somewhere.

I understand why you're concerned, but on the other hand I don't understand how you don't see the sheer power of a single consumable on a 2 minute cooldown. You're completely immune to every form of stun, snare and root for a 30 second period. That's better than what most classes have as their own tools/cooldowns. With your 30 second immunity to certain effects, you become a counter to certain classes ONLY because of the potion you consumed. See the problem? Consumables should stay as something that improves your character a little bit - like flasks for a small amount of ap/str/agi/sp boost or a health potion that gives you a small amount of health. That is the exact opposite of what FAP does - it gives you a massive advantage to an extent where even classes own abilities come second to its power.

And another nice Bg with my mage where ally had 3 eleshamans, 2 of them used 4k absorb and a FAP using flagcarrier.(it was one of the shamans ofc) Try to kill an eleshaman without nova and with pillarhumping. Btw we won that bg it seems 4k absorb and FAP doesnt carry them enough.

I will give you an argument, it shuts down any possible gap-closing a warrior can do, since snares/stuns are anything we have, so think about that.

However, i prefer to intervene to some random guy anyways and afk 30secs to actually join the battle again, because the FAP using ele shaman would oneshot me otherwise.
