Buffing one of the most op classes even more sound like a great idea. Giving them to players who played longer and probably have donorz already sounds even better, lets own this new s2 guys even harder, yay.

Oh and yay for first post too.

In all honesty, they're not overpowered.
Go ahead and troll me, but it really isn't.
Mace HARPing was nerfed for rogues already on here as far as I'm aware. Go ahead and buff them.
The only thing is, you would also be buffing other classes that could use the glaives. (Hunters, fury warriors especially). Casters are slightly more buffed than melee dps are.

Casters have a certain level of 'survivability' over other classes. Healers (of course) take more damage to kill them than dps casters. Even though dps casters have less ways to heal themselves, they can still survive just as long if not longer against 1 or multiple enemies.

Examples:

Shadow priest - Psychic Scream has a low CD and can be used multiple times in a fight. They also have mind flay and DoTs (Not to mention that trinket that pops via periodic damage). Another thing they have is Mind Control, which can be trinketed, but leaves yourself open to a Psychic scream followed by DoTs and kiting. Not to mention

Frost mage - Frost nova can be used a total of three times (Correct me if I'm wrong). The first time is a normal frost nova, a pet frost nova, and another normal frost nova through Cold Snap. All frost spells also reduce the targets movement speed, therefore it is easy kiting against melee classes. Don't forget about improved frost nova, reducing frost nova cooldown by 4 seconds. Mages also have blink, instantly moving them a far distance from the target, also on a low cooldown.

Balance druid - Entangling Roots roots the target, preventing movement and is on a low cast time. This can be cast multiple times on a target. Nature's Grasp acts as a defensive version of Entangling Roots, basically when you are attacked as a balance druid with Nature's Grasp up, your target will be rooted for the same amount of time as Entangling Roots would. Insect swarm and moonfire provide DoTs on the target while movement can be impaired with the other spells I already mentioned. The druid can also stun the target by going into bear form. While we're talking about forms and kiting, the balance druid can also go into travel form increasing their movement speed by 40%. Not to mention balance druids can heal fairly well with rejuvenation and lifebloom. In almost all of my battleground I enter, the balance druids are doing the most damage.

Warlock - A warlock has Succubus which charms the target for 4(?) seconds. This can also be increased with improved succubus talent points. Warlocks have fear which periodic damage does NOT break. Fear can be cast on the target multiple times, allowing the warlock a quick escape. Drain soul can also heal the warlock and does not break fear. Warlocks can also heal occasionally with Healthstones.

All in all, warglaives should be added back. They are not OP, they would probably balance out the classes.
